We also map out strategies, discuss action plans, and explore how to navigate whatever you’re facing. It’s cognitive therapy that feels like a creative collaboration between people who understand what it means to live with intensity and vision.

Every thought and feeling carries its own electrical charge, and this process calms your nervous system, bringing you into your most resourceful state. From this centered place, implementing the cognitive shifts we’ve discovered becomes natural and more effortless.

My own journey has taken me from being a child clown in the circus to teaching at Malmö Art Academy for 12 years, showing work internationally, and leading art residencies around the world.
